Digital

Internship Duration: 6 months or 1 year
Internship Period: Anytime within 1/7/2017 – 31/8/2018 (Intended Starting Time: 1/7/2017)

Job Duties

  • Develop and evaluate digital business models
  • Engage in online banking projects to provide premium digital services for retail banking and wealth management customers across platforms and propositions
  • Assist to manage the development and implementation of digital initiatives to rollout new sales and services features online
  • Evaluate the potential for new technologies and services in supporting business development and customer experience
  • Assist to manage the implementation with consideration of compliance and regulatory requirements to mitigate associated risks
  • Optimize resources to achieve cost efficiency while attaining business goals and objectives

Requirements

  1. Education Background:
    • PG, 2nd or 3rd year UG students
  2. Disciplines Preferred:
    • All disciplines
  3. Technical Skills
    • Interest and experience in developing or operating digital products such as apps, websites or payment solutions
  4. Language Proficiency
    • Good command of written and spoken English
    • Good command of written Chinese and spoken Cantonese
  5. Others
    • Able to adapt quickly and able to interpret complex information across business and technology
    • Well-developed communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels
    • Strong interpersonal, leadership, negotiation, analytical, presentation and decision making skills
    • Understanding of the Retail Banking business and operating environment in Hong Kong is an advantage
    • All candidate must complete an online Situation judgement test as part of the evaluation process
